While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, please note that our response times depend upon the service level of your subscription as well as the priority level (P1, P2, or P3) of the issue. The priorities are defined as follows:

P1 Blocking: Eudonet is completely down or functions are inaccessible by users
P2 Major: Eudonet is generally up but one or more functions are not working technically as expected
P3 Minor: which is neither a blocking incident or a major incident
